Job Description:
1) Making PEPTIDES & API PEPTIDE synthesis by using different types of Resins and coupling reagents.
2) Should have worked on liraglutide and semaglutide.
3) Should have Good knowledge in solid phase peptide synthesis like – Wange resin, Rink amide resin, 2-CTC resin.
4) Handling of moisture sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactions.
5) Handling of Virtus automated lyophilizer tray drier and bottle lyo.
6) Purification of peptide molecules by Normal Phase and Reverse phase chromatography technique
7) Nurture creative and innovative solutions to technical problems backed by a sound understanding of fundamental scientific principles in the team.
