A) Job description:-
1. To conduct in- process audits / periodic system audits / facility audits in Clinical research department
2) Review Clinical raw data (Retrospective Audits) of Clinical Department
3) To verify the logbook and related equipment used for study.
4) To check and verify the instrument calibration records
5) To check the training records and its compliance
6) To review the pathology reports and its compliance
7) Ensure the archival of the data is done as per in-house SOP
8) Any other responsibilities assigned by Head Quality Assurance as per stud re uirement’s
9) Good Communication & Computer Skills
