Open Positions and Requirements
Analytical Research & Development (ARD/ADL)
- Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D.
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine analytical testing, particularly for API oncology products. Operate sophisticated analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC, perform wet chemistry analysis, and engage in the development and validation of analytical methods. Candidates will also be responsible for preparing analytical reports, technical documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP, GLP, and internal laboratory quality systems. Oncology API experience is a mandatory requirement.
Chemical Research & Development (CRD)
- Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D.
- Experience: 1–6 Years
- Key Responsibilities: Focus on the synthesis of API oncology molecules, handle synthesis activities within isolator systems, and lead process development and optimization efforts. This role also involves supporting technology transfer initiatives and meticulously preparing technical documentation and experimental records. A strong oncology background is essential for these roles.
Quality Control (QC)
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Experience: 1–12 Years
- Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive analysis using a wide array of instruments, including UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, and Malvern. Responsibilities also include operating and calibrating HPLC systems, preparing crucial analytical documentation such as worksheets, specifications, and Methods of Analysis (MOA), and managing QMS documentation and overall laboratory compliance.
Eligibility and Important Notes
All prospective candidates must possess relevant hands-on experience within the API pharmaceutical industry. For positions in ARD/ADL and CRD, an oncology background is not just preferred but mandatory. Only candidates with demonstrable API industry experience will be considered. Please note, as per the official notification, male candidates are preferred for these openings.
