The drive aims to recruit talent for pivotal roles in OSD Production, Injectable Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Engineering. Candidates should possess 3 to 12 years of relevant experience, with Engineering roles typically requiring 7 to 13 years.
Key positions open for recruitment include:
- Technicians in OSD – Packing (HV1 & CAM Index) and Injectable Manufacturing (Aseptic/Isolator), generally requiring a Diploma or ITI.
- Sr. Officer / Executive roles in Quality Control (HPLC, FP, Stability, AMV) and Quality Assurance (IPQA, QMS, Document Cell, Stability), suitable for M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm graduates.
- Officer / Executive in Quality Control (Microbiology) for M.Sc. / B.Pharm professionals.
- Sr. Officer / Officer / Technicians for OSD Manufacturing with B.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI qualifications.
- Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager in Engineering (Plant Maintenance & OSD), open to B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech holders.
Successful candidates will be involved in critical tasks such as performing compression, coating, granulation, blending, and packing operations in OSD Manufacturing, while adhering to SOPs and GMP guidelines. For Injectable Manufacturing, responsibilities include aseptic operations, managing isolators and sterile equipment, and ensuring cGMP compliance for regulated markets. Quality Control professionals will conduct advanced testing (HPLC, Stability, AMV, Microbiology), prepare analytical reports, and maintain regulatory adherence. Quality Assurance roles encompass IPQA, QMS documentation, and supporting stability studies. Engineering personnel will focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD equipment, utility management, and ensuring equipment qualification.
