Job Location: Chandigarh

Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive learning and development program that aligns with the company’s goals, strategies, and objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing organization development programs and initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program that aligns with the company’s goals, strategies, and objectives.

2.     Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and competencies.

3.     Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employees’ performance, knowledge, and competencies and develop programs to address these gaps.

4.     Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning and development programs and provide regular feedback to senior management.

5.     Develop and execute organization development programs and initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

6.     Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the learning and development programs align with the company’s talent management strategy.

7.     Develop and maintain strong relationships with external training providers, vendors, and consultants to stay current on best practices and industry trends.

8.     Manage and coach a team of learning and development professionals to ensure the successful execution of the program

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.

2. 10+ years of experience in learning and development, organization development or related field.

3. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.

4. Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is preferred.

5. Strong leadership, project management, and coaching skills.

6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
