Technical roles include FG Analysis/Chemical Section/Instrumentation Executives (3-6 years), Sampling/Control Samples Chemists (2 years), and Microbiologists/Sr Microbiologists (2-5 years). Required qualifications typically include B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc.
IPQA, Production & Packing: The team is seeking IPQA Sr Executives/Chemists (2-7 years), Executive Production & Packing (7 years), Officer Production (2-3 years), and Officer Packing (2-3 years). Additionally, skilled Labeling Operators and Flow Wrap Operators (4-6 years) with 10th/12th/ITI qualifications are needed. B.Pharma is generally required for most executive and officer roles in this department.
Human Resources & Business Development: Positions include Executive/Sr Executive (BD) with an MBA in Sales & Marketing (4-6 years), Recruitment Officer/Executive (MBA HR/Graduate, 4-6 years), Payroll & Compliances (MBA HR/Graduate, 5 years), HRMS Executive (MBA HR/Graduate, 4 years), Training & Development (MBA HR/Graduate, 4 years), and Officer Time Office/Shift Management (MBA HR/Graduate, 2 years).
Stores & IT: Vacancies are open for Head Stores (Post Graduate/Graduate, 10-12 years), FG Stores Despatch Officer/Incharge (Graduate, 4-7 years), Packing Material Store Incharge (Graduate, 3 years), Officer PM Stores (Graduate, 5 years), and Executive/Sr Executive IT (B.Tech CS/IT or Science Graduate, 5-8 years).
