For the R&D Analytical role, candidates with 8-10 years of experience are invited to apply. A position for professionals with 3-6 years of experience requires an M.Sc., M. Pharm, or M. Tech in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences. Key competencies for this role involve extensive experience in formulation development of biologics/biosimilars, buffer optimization, stability studies, and excipient selection.
Additionally, a senior Formulation R&D role is available for individuals with 8-10 years of experience. Applicants for this position should also hold an M.Sc., M. Pharm, or M. Tech in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences. This role demands robust expertise in the formulation development of monoclonal antibodies and insulin analogues, proficiency in lyophilization techniques, process scale-up, and the ability to produce regulatory-compliant documentation.
