About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking experienced and passionate pharmaceutical professionals to strengthen our dynamic Quality Assurance division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to maintaining top-tier quality within a manufacturing setting. We have immediate openings for pivotal roles in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and QA Validation, offering significant career progression for the right candidates.
Available Positions & Requirements:
1. Officer / Senior Officer – In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in In-Process Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive in-process checks, diligently monitor critical manufacturing processes, ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurately review batch records and associated documentation, assist in the investigation of deviations, and meticulously maintain all quality documentation.
2. Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (Validation)
- Experience: 8+ years of comprehensive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Validation activities.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and expertly execute a range of validation protocols (including process, cleaning, equipment, utility, and analytical methods). You will manage all validation activities from planning to execution, prepare detailed validation reports, provide leadership and mentorship to junior personnel, and contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).

All positions are based at our modern facility situated in Gallops Industrial Park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
