Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee/Junior Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with and performing primary and secondary packing operations for pharmaceutical products.
- Operating and monitoring packing line machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Conducting in-process checks to maintain product integrity, accuracy, and compliance with quality specifications.
- Ensuring all packing activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately documenting batch records and other relevant operational data.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharmacy or M.Pharmacy degree.
- Experience: This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates with no prior industry experience.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- A basic theoretical understanding of pharmaceutical packing principles and operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
