- Mandatory Experience: A strong background in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing is essential for these roles, ensuring candidates possess the specialized knowledge required.
- Education: We are looking for candidates holding relevant qualifications such as M.Sc. Chemistry, B.E. Chemical, B.Sc. Chemistry, or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Applicants should possess 4 to 10 years of progressive and relevant experience within the pharmaceutical sector, demonstrating a proven track record.

- Equipment Management: This involves the proficient handling and supervision of various sophisticated equipment, including reactors, filters, dryers, and maintaining stringent standards within clean room environments.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring seamless and efficient operations while strictly adhering to all Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines and standard operating procedures is paramount.
- Safety Compliance: A primary responsibility is to uphold the safest possible workplace conditions and ensure safety protocols are followed meticulously in every plant operation, contributing to a secure work environment.
- Manpower Supervision: Managing and guiding operational teams to achieve production targets, maintain discipline, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime, maintain production efficiency, and ensure continuous workflow.
