We are seeking candidates for the role of Quality Assurance (QA) Trainee Executive / Executive at our Unit-B facility in Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education UG: Candidates should possess a B.Pharma or B.Sc degree in Any Specialization from a recognized institution.
- Experience: We welcome applicants with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates eager to embark on a career in Quality Assurance are strongly encouraged to apply, alongside those with some prior professional background.
Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Professional:
As a vital member of the Quality Assurance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Document Review and Compliance: Meticulously review batch manufacturing records, packing documentation, cleaning logs, and equipment logbooks. This involves ensuring absolute completeness, accuracy, proper authorization through signatures, and strict adherence to all approved internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Shopfloor Operations Monitoring: Proactively monitor shopfloor activities to verify stringent adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance, impeccable hygiene standards, and robust data integrity requirements throughout the production process.
- GMP Document Management: Effectively manage the lifecycle of GMP documents. This includes the issuance, precise control, diligent reconciliation, and secure archiving of critical records such as batch records, logbooks, labels, formats, and annexures, all in accordance with established document control procedures.
- In-Process Checks and Verification: Conduct essential in-process checks and operational verification activities during various stages of manufacturing and packing. This ensures continuous process compliance and strict adherence to all procedural guidelines.
- Quality System Support: Provide crucial support for deviation, incident, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), change control, and investigation activities. This involves preliminary data collection, comprehensive documentation support, and diligent follow-up coordination to ensure timely resolution.
- Sample Coordination: Efficiently coordinate sample collection and submission activities for analytical testing, retention, and stability studies, strictly following approved quality procedures.
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP): Champion and ensure unwavering compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), encompassing proper entries, correct and authorized corrections, contemporaneous recording, and comprehensive documentation traceability.
- Audit Participation: Actively participate in GMP walkthroughs, internal audits, and audit readiness activities. This support includes efficient document retrieval, thorough compliance verification, and diligent observation closure support.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Foster effective coordination with various departments, including Production, Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Engineering. This collaboration is essential for the seamless execution of quality assurance activities and ensuring overall compliance with GMP, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), and all relevant regulatory requirements.
