Job description
- PO to Sale Order conversion
- Obtaining Monthly Rolling Forecast from all customers & sharing variance reports
- Participating in Monthly Production Plan discussions with internal teams & Tracking Weekly commitments Vs Actualization Plan, with suitable escalation
- RFD/ FG Stock follow-ups & tracking status with respective CFTs
- Dispatch co-ordination with W/H & Logistics
- Checking Customer emails & actionables with suitable prioritization of activities
- Co-ordination with Packaging Development team on Launch & Artwork Revisions
- Internal CFT co-ordination (RAD, QA, QC, W/H, Logistics, ERP, Finance etc) where required
- Sharing of open order statements with respective customers
- Sending Material Consumption reports & Financial statements to customers
- Following-up on monthly Payment Dues, collections & co-ordination with Finance
- Getting Financial Stock statements & Profit Share reports beginning of every Quarter
- Raising Profit Share invoices & other relevant service invoices
- Discussions with SAP Team when needed, in complying with SAP requirements (maintaining correct master data & reflecting necessary amendments when necessary)
- Attending customer telecons, meetings, sharing MOM & suitable follow-up post discussion
- Supporting Product Launch Activities with close internal & customer co-ordination for timely launch.
