We seek skilled individuals for key positions within our Analytical Research & Development (ARD) and Formulation Research & Development (FRD) departments. Each role demands specific expertise, a steadfast commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to scientific problem-solving.

Department: Analytical Research & Development (ARD)

  • Section: ARD, AMV (Analytical Method Validation)

    Candidates in this section will be pivotal in the development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods for various pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include using advanced analytical instrumentation, interpreting complex data, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. The focus will be on validating methods to meet stringent international standards, guaranteeing accuracy, precision, and reproducibility in all analytical procedures.

  • Qualifications: M. Pharma, M.Sc

    A Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Science is a fundamental requirement, providing a robust theoretical foundation in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, or a closely related scientific discipline.

  • Experience: 5 to 7 Years

    A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in analytical research and method validation within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory. This includes a demonstrated history of developing and validating analytical methods, troubleshooting, and operating within a highly regulated laboratory setting.

Department: Formulation Research & Development (FRD)

  • Section: Research Scientist (Tablet, Capsules)

    As a Research Scientist in FRD, your role will be central to the design, development, and optimization of oral solid dosage forms (tablets and capsules). This encompasses conceptualizing new formulations, conducting pre-formulation studies, establishing robust manufacturing processes, and managing scale-up from laboratory to pilot and commercial production. The position demands strong scientific acumen combined with hands-on formulation expertise to develop stable, effective, and patient-centric drug products.

  • Qualifications: M. Pharma

    An M. Pharma qualification is strictly required, ensuring specialized knowledge in pharmaceutics, industrial pharmacy, or an equivalent field. This academic depth is vital for comprehending drug delivery systems, excipient compatibility, and contemporary manufacturing technologies for solid oral dosage forms.

  • Experience: 5 to 7 Years

    Candidates must possess 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience in formulation development, specifically focusing on tablets and capsules, within a pharmaceutical R&D environment. This includes a comprehensive understanding of formulation challenges, process development, and scale-up activities for diverse solid oral dosage forms.

Crucial Requirement for All Applicants:

All prospective candidates are required to have prior exposure and practical experience within a manufacturing plant that has successfully passed inspections by major international regulatory bodies: the European Union (EU), the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA). Additionally, extensive hands-on experience in the formulation of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms, particularly tablets and capsules, is an indispensable prerequisite for these positions. This ensures candidates are proficient in global quality standards and regulatory compliance, foundational to our operational integrity.
