Opportunities in Quality Assurance (IPQA & AQA)
We are specifically seeking skilled individuals for the positions of IPQA Officer & Executive and AQA Officer & Executive. Candidates should have a strong background in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), overseeing quality at every stage of production, and Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA), providing crucial analytical support and data verification.
Preferred Candidate Profile for Quality Assurance:
- Qualification: A strong academic foundation is essential, with candidates holding a BSc or MSc degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: We are looking for professionals with 3 to 8 years of dedicated experience in a Quality Assurance role within the API industry.
- Key Skills: Proven expertise in comprehensive Quality Assurance practices, including meticulous IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) procedures and thorough AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance) methodologies.
Hiring for Quality Control Department
In addition to Quality Assurance, we are also actively recruiting for various roles within our vital Quality Control department. The Quality Control team plays a critical role in evaluating the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, ensuring they meet rigorous specifications and regulatory standards. Only candidates with direct, relevant industry experience in quality control are encouraged to apply for these positions.
- Quality Control Designations: We have openings for Junior Officer, Officer, and Executive levels.
Preferred Candidate Profile for Quality Control:
Candidates for Quality Control positions should possess significant experience in the field, with a strong practical understanding of analytical techniques and laboratory operations.
Key Skills: Essential competencies include hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC), proficiency in wet lab techniques, raw material testing, Infrared (IR) spectroscopy, auto titrator operation, stability testing, finished product analysis, and meticulous data review for accuracy and compliance.
