Formulation & Filling Officer / Executive
- This role demands expertise in the meticulous operation and maintenance of vital equipment used in vaccine production. Candidates will be instrumental in ensuring the aseptic processing environment.
- A key aspect of this position involves continuous monitoring of critical process parameters to uphold product integrity and quality. Furthermore, ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines is paramount, directly contributing to the safety and efficacy of the vaccines produced.
Quality Control (Product Testing) Officer / Executive
- Applicants for this critical quality assurance role should possess hands-on experience with a range of analytical techniques. This includes proficiency in cell-based assays, accurate virus titration, Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), and various immunochemical assays crucial for vaccine characterization and release.
- A strong theoretical and practical understanding of laboratory instrumentation is essential, covering equipment such as pH meters, analytical balances, Karl Fischer titrators, Real-Time PCR systems, and ELISA readers.
- Experience in bacterial vaccine in-process testing, Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) testing, as well as conducting release and stability studies, is highly valued. This ensures that all vaccine products meet the highest quality and safety standards before reaching patients.
Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)
- This operational role focuses on the precise execution of manufacturing processes within an aseptic environment. Key duties include the skilled operation of equipment involved in washing, sterilization, filling, and lyophilization of various vaccine formats such as ampoules, vials, and pre-filled syringes (PFS).
- The role also entails diligent batch documentation, close coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations, and providing essential troubleshooting support to resolve any process-related issues promptly.
Eligibility Requirements:
For Staff Positions:
- Candidates should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant scientific disciplines such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- Graduates with a B.Pharm or B.Tech qualification are also encouraged to apply, bringing their technical and pharmaceutical knowledge to the roles.
For Operator Positions:
