QA-QMS
- Role: Sr. Executive
- Experience: 6 to 8 Years
- Qualification:-M.Sc, M.Pharmacy
Job Description:
1. Responsible for handling, maintaining and implementing the QMS system to ensure compliance with the regulatory guidelines.
2. Involved in continual improvement of QMS procedures.
3. Preparation and review of the QMS related SOPs.
4. Handling of QMS logs but not limited to; Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Internal audit. Market complaint, QM review meeting. Out of specification and Quality risk assessment.
5. identification and evaluation of change control, Deviation and CAPA and coordinate the cross functional teams for closure.
6. Handling of Market complaint.
7. Involved in QMS related Investigations to find out the root cause.
8. Preparation of internal audit schedules and co-ordinate the internal auditors for completion of Internal Audit / Self inspection.
9. Review the Risk assessment procedure.
10. Train the others of team in all aspects of the QMS and application of procedures.
