Job description
Role & responsibilities :
For Wet Analysis:
- Sampling and testing of IN process, intermediates, raw materials and finished product samples as per the controlled method of analysis.
- Testing of particle size distribution of IN process, intermediates, stability and finished product samples as per controlled method of analysis.
- Recording the analysis details in respective work book and other relevant log books for each analysis.
- Responsible for preparation of analytical test reports and issuing of approved / rejected labels.
- Responsible for sampled, approved and rejected labels reconciliation.
- Preparation and preservation of retention samples, monitoring the temperature and humidity.
- Responsible for the calibration of weighing balances.
- Review of analytical work sheets and data related to chemical analysis.
- Responsible for the investigation of OOS, OOT, Deviations and Laboratory Occurrences as per the controlled procedures.
- Any other relevant entrusted to the person by the immediate supervisor.
For HPLC:
- Carry out the IR, UV and SOR analysis of IN process, intermediates, stability and finished product samples as per controlled method of analysis.
- Sampling and testing of finished products as per the controlled method of analysis.
- Carryout the HPLC analysis of In-Process, Raw material, Intermediates, finished products and stability samples as per the controlled method of analysis.
- Recording the analysis details in respective work book and other relevant log books for each analysis.
- Responsible for the maintenance of HPLC Columns and instruments.
- Review of analytical test data and reports related to chemical and HPLC analysis .
- Calibration of FTIR, UV, SOR and balances in Quality control laboratory as per schedule.
- Responsible for the investigation of OOS, OOT, Deviations and Laboratory Occurrences and incidents as per the controlled procedures.
- Trouble shooting of HPLC instruments.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of Experience either in Wet & HPLC Analysis.
- Must have worked for API Production.
