Roles and Responsibilities:
* Candidates must have hands on experience in bioreactor/Fermenter.
* Candidates must have hands on experience in Media preparation system.
* Hands on experience equipment like, Chromatography, Fermentation, Centrifuges, Filtration, Systems, Ultrafiltration / Diafiltration (UF/DF)Systems, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) Systems, Evaporators, Freeze Dryers (Lyophilizers)
* Leading and managing the development and optimization of cell culture or fermentation processes to produce therapeutic proteins or biologics.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transfer of processes from development to manufacturing.
