Required Job skills:
- Responsible for Employee Self Services like Attendance, Wages Management
- Responsible for Contractor Manpower and its monthly wages summary statement preparations
- Experience in Employee welfare activities and services like that Canteen, Transportation, House Keeping and Wellness programs.
- Hand on experience in Controlling of Pest & Rodents as a part of CFR 211 part11
- Preparation of SOP’s & Audit readiness and updating of Employee profiles
- Experience in Recruitment & Interview conducting and joining formalities
- Experience in statutory and legal documents updating, Labor Dept., Inspector of Factories Dept.
- Timely submission of Annual Returns and other Statutory documents
- Having knowledge on MS-office and presentation skills and MIS reports
- Preferable for Male and Immediate joiners
