Job description
Role Summary:
Analyst in Microbiological Analytics operations which include Microbiological tests for in-process samples, finished and semi-finished goods, testing of Water and Environment monitoring samples.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Comply to safety norms and work in lab with required PPE.
- To perform KCA Endotoxin test for DP, DS & IP samples.
- To perform KTA, GEL CLOT analysis for Line Clearance Buffers.
- To perform MLT, Purity by plating & Bioburden Analysis.
- To update results in SAP, LIMS & submission of documents on time.
- Participating in validation activities of BET, Sterility, Bioburden and MLT.
- Preparation of Disinfectant solutions and maintenance of Records.
- Culture maintenance and microbial identification test.
- Stock maintenance, qualification and testing of Bioballs and Biological indicators.
- Performing of Growth promotion testing.
- Performing of Disinfectant efficacy testing.
- Reagents stock update and lab materials indent.
- Training on assigned documents in doc hub/ talent hub within time.
- Follow the aseptic techniques as per written procedures.
- To perform VLT analysis for LRA & protocol samples.
- Reporting of calibration failures, incidents to supervisor in time.
- To perform activities as per role assigned by safety officer.
- Sampling and testing of purified water and environmental monitoring samples and preparing their trends
