Job description
1. To supervise visual inspection activity and in process checks during visual inspection as per packing plan.
2. Daily work allocation to all skilled stuff and workman as per the daily visual inspection plan.
3. Supervision of packing lines and perform in-process checks as per requirement in shifts in case of leave/absenteeism of officer.
4. Supervision and perform in process checks during automatic visual inspection.
5. To maintain all machine and area logs of visual inspection activity.
6. Preparatory work prior to audit requirement.
7. To understand and follow the companys environment health and safety policy.
8. To follow safety rules and standard operating procedures at the workplace.
9. Participate in environment, health and safety training and awareness Programme.
10. Use of essential personal protective equipment at workplace.
11. Report any abnormalities, near, miss incident unsafe act & condition in the workplace, equipment, etc. which might endanger environment, health and safety to respective departmental EHS coordinator or EHS department.
