Job description
Daily batch charging as per sop day to day production.
Daily operation in the plant day to day production
Daily status board update of the equipment
Maintaining Housekeeping in the plant and keeping record as per sop.
Housekeeping maintaining to the surrounding area of the work place.
Follow the instruction of Shift chemist/ in-charge.
Handle the equipments as per operational and cleaning SOP.
Follow BMR/ECR for manufacturing and cleaning activities.
Charge the material (Solid & Liquid) as per SOP.
Use PPEs as per process requirements.
Use hazardous chemicals as per SOP/ MSDS.
Maintain the cleanliness of plant as per procedure.
