2. Breakdown Trouble shooting if process engineer fails to fix in 60 mints or whever site engineering Head/designee demands

4. Unplanned Intervention history analysis to achieve ZERO stoppage

5. Periodical review of PM standards and M1 notification monitor during execution of PM

6. Spare parts consumption trend analysis and Management of spares ABC analysis

7. Technical brainstorm with CFT on repeat failure & MTTR

8. Compliance on current regulatory standards related equipment design and controls

9. Kaizens on repeat failures and unplanned interventions

10. Equipment CPP and CQA review by golden profile comparison method

11. Investigation review related to MFG equipment failures

12. Horizontal deployment of CAPA

13. CAPA effectiveness verification to reach STEP 6 on 7ladder

14. Sustainability of MES interims of design and controls

15. Conditional predictive maintenance on MFG equipment’s

16. OPL deployment to operators and Process engineers
