Key Points:

*Process understanding of Biologics- Manufacturing/R&D/MSAT

Exposure to data platforms like OSIPI, historian and SCADA, GCP & any other analytics platform

Exposure to core digitalization platforms like MES, LIMS, DCS, SAP & any other manufacturing related systems

Must have hands-on experience in Designing, solutioning & executing Digitization projects/products, process improvement projects

Context: –

Bioloigcs has embarked on a journey towards Industry 4.0 in manufacturing and quality leveraging on fully integrated data lake with core processes in MES, LIMS, SAP, OSI-Historian.

The Product Manager Industry 4.0 is expected to lead this initiative. The product manager should understand the business requirements, map processes, translate business & process requirements into business requirement specifications and drive business excellence initiatives.

He/she should work collaboratively with cross functional teams (CFTs), own/co-own & drive internal projects & products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital initiatives end-to-end from ideation to execution and adoption
  • Responsibility to own the business metrics and its delivery through direct and vendor-led work around internal products
  • Develop clear roadmap & strategy to improve business KPIs and user experience
  • Participate in business user requirements and understand the key operational & data challenges of the organization.
  • Prepare business processes documents, URS and recommendations related to proposed solution. Adoption tracking and reporting to senior management.
  • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
  • Oversee development of solution prototype
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a pro-active manner.
  • Communicates needed changes to development team.

Operating Network

  • Internal: All internal (non-customer facing functions) and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations
  • External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have good technology inclination, exposure to business applications like MES, SAP, LIMS, etc.
  • Must have hands-on experience in Designing, solutioning & executing Digitization projects/products, process improvement projects
  • Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
  • Knowledge in Product management background and familiar with Agile methodology
  • Must have hands-on experience in process mapping, creating URS & specification documents & project management

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.Tech + MBA from Tier I colleges would be preferred.

Experience Required:

  • Prefer minimum 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management of business applications around Manufacturing or in a consulting firm.
