Job Requirement :
- Having good experience in pharmaceutical production /QA/QC/Eng Computer System Validation
- Responsible to initiate and review the Quality Management System documents such as Change control, Deviation, Risk assessment and Investigation Reports, CAPA, etc. and effective monitoring of same and investigation of same as applicable.
- User Managment, Backup Restoration Process, Gxp system
- Responsible for periodic review of computerized system, QC laboratory applications / instruments along with Quality Assurance representative.
- Responsible for the periodic review of preventive maintenance reports of QC laboratory servers & workstations.
- QC Instrument Validation
- To ensure that all GxP computerized systems are compliant with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Supports implementation of Emcures IT-QA processes, CSV principles and related regulatory system validation requirements for Laboratory applications
- Deviation / incidence / event handling during validation and operational phase of equipments.
- Handling of company QMS elements.
- Responsible for the Statutory Audits
- Preparation of Computer System Validation schedule per company respective SOP
- Responsible for management of GMP Flat file of Emcure Sanand, plant.
- CSV for Mfg + Quality (Inj & OSD)
