Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure cGMP, cleanliness & discipline in manufacturing, dispensing and water sections.
- To maintain online documents in manufacturing, dispensing and water sections.
- Responsible for dispensing and batch manufacturing activity.
- Responsible for handing of QMS activity i.e. change control for revision of documents (i.e. SOP and BPCR, Facility), Handling of deviation investigation, OOS investigation, review of log Book and BPCR, internal and external Audit compliance, Departmental training coordinator.
- Preparation of shift schedule water and manufacturing section.
- Responsible for area preparation for audit readiness.
