To give & shape specific instructions received from Manager (PD lab in-charge/ Head).
To perform lab trials to improve/modify the commercial API processes for better yields and quality.
To perform the lab trials to approve new vendors for KSMs and KIs.
To perform experiments to trouble shoot the ongoing plant manufacturing process issues.
Production of new R&D projects trial & PV batches intermediates / APIs according to the MPCRs/BPCRs.
To indent the raw materials to warehouse for process requirement.
Carry out the manufacturing operations according to the approved BPCR.
To indent the new Batch production records and other formats for execution.
To hand over the executed documents like Batch production & control records and other documents to QA.
To prepare the SOPs and other documents as per schedule.
The laboratory quality systems and records should be followed /maintained.
To prepare the quality relevant documents in coordination with Quality Assurance department as needed.
Should undergo periodic GMP training and Job oriented training.
Responsible to follow and implement the applicable Environment Health and safety procedures, practices in the plant premises.
Preferred candidate profile
API Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
Preferable to work in shifts only.

IPQA Activities
- Monitoring of all activities related to Production for any deviations of GMP.
- Monitoring and coordinating the raw material dispensing, finished product packing and labeling.
- Maintain process validations and equipment qualifications during execution.
- Issuance of formats, logbooks and documents to user departments.
- Review the product manufacturing records (BPCRs, MPCRs, Logbooks etc.), testing records.
- Monitor during in-process sampling, intermediate sampling, Finished product sampling packing and labeling.
AQA Activities
- Review of analytical data and reports regarding raw materials, Intermediate, In- process, and finished products according to established procedures.
- Review of stability samples analytical data, reports against approved protocol.
- Responsible to review stability schedule and ensure analysis to be completed as per schedule.
- Review and approval of method validation/verification protocols and reports.
- Review of method validation/verification data and evaluation data against the approved protocol.
- Review of calibration data and results for all instruments in Quality control laboratory as per schedule.
Preferred candidate profile
