We are hiring Officer for API Production (SAP)
Job Location – Shendra, Aurangabad.
Job Description.
Department & Designation & – Production- SAP
Qualification & Experience-B.Sc. (Chemistry/Computer)/BCA /M.Sc. (Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Computers)/MCA with 3 TO Yrs. Exp. In SAP.
Desired Skill Set-
1. Implementation of SOPs related to SAP transactions.
2. Daily SAP transaction activities in Shift and material movement transaction in a shift.
3. Production planning to be done in SAP.
4. To follow the SAP related activities as per production plan as per requirement and instructions given.
5. Interaction with production persons for daily SAP transaction activities, BOM and recipe preparation and day to day SAP related work.
6. To handle trouble shooting of SAP operations after the proper training.
7. To handle general problems during the SAP process.
8. Lot /Batch receipts in SAP.
9. In case of any non-compliance or any problem observed in SAP then report to Manager at the respective time.
10.Proper utilization of SAP transactions during production activities.
11.Check and material stocks and material movement in SAP as per requirement.
12.Attend the training as per the instruction of superior.
13.Preparation of reports from SAP data.
14.Initiating the request for Creation of new SAP codes.
15.To ensure the process orders Technically Complete after completion of all transactions.
16.To ensure the quantities of Raw Materials and Solvents posted as per LMR/BMR.
17.To create the reservations for consumable items in SAP as per production requirement.
18.To create & track Purchase Requisition in SAP as per production requirement.

Desired Skill Set- Having knowledge of working in intermediate area, PP Area and reaction area. Shall be aware of all shift operations, Online documentation. Handling API process and packing equipments
B) Department & Designation & – Production- Officer/ Sr. Officer
Qualification & Experience- Dip (Chemical)/ /BE( Chemical)/B. Tech (Chemical)/ M.Sc. with 3 TO 8 Yrs. Exp. In API Production.
Desired Skill Set- Having Exposure of working in Solvent Recovery Unit, Distillation Columns, Vacuum Distillation.
C) Department & Designation & – Production- Officer (MEE & ATFD)
Qualification & Experience- Dip (Chemical)/ /BE( Chemical)/B. Tech (Chemical)/ M.Sc. with 3 TO 5 Yrs. Exp. In API Production (MEE & ATFD).
Desired Skill Set- Smooth operation & maintenance of MEE and ATFD plant. Troubleshooting, Cleaning Procedure of MEE & ATFD, Hydro jet cleaning of MEE, ATFD.
D) Department & Designation & – Production- Officer (API- Sterile)
Qualification & Experience- Dip (Chemical)/ /BE( Chemical)/B. Tech (Chemical)/ M.Sc. with 3 TO 5 Yrs. Exp. In API Production (API- Sterile
