Job Description: 

  • Coordination with subordinates on all warehouse activities
  • Handling all activities of stores at Company.
  • Responsible for RM & PM dispensing activity, handling of all related long books.
  • To check the Quantity of Approved PM & RM for the batch as per BOM & Process order for the BMR & BPR Requisition and follow FIFO system.
  • Material receiving time conduct 1st check like Invoice, packing list, COA, pack size, (where ever required) and security entries.
  • Periodical stocks take, to have control on physical v/s system stocks.
  • Reporting to Manager on stock reports.
  • Handling of Rejected materials and Return materials to vendors.
  • To check the Environment conditions, weighing balance verification & Calibration as per the requirement.
  • Responsible for retest material and handling of destruction activity.
  • To update Data in SAP for all the dispensed RM/PM and maintain regularly.
  • To ensure CGMP compliance in respect of material segregation, status labels, calibration and Performance check of weighing balance timely.
  • Follow up with engineering department for preventive maintenance, maintenance job and calibration by raising necessary documents.
  • Handling of RM and PM material Receipt activities.
