Job Description:
- Procurement of Engineering Items costs at optimal pricing through commodity market analysis, requests for proposals, contract negotiations and vendor management inventory programs
- Planning, scheduling, controlling of material cost saving and execution of AMC related works for equipment’s.
Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan - Responsible for Purchase of Engineering materials, Utilities, Consumables, Change parts, Spares, Electrical items, Structural
- Steel and other miscellaneous items for manufacturing units.
- Preparing and releasing the purchase orders and following up with the vendor to deliver the materials as per agreed terms
- Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material
- Good Exposure to ERP Based purchase Activities and Having the good Knowledge in procuring of Capex & Opex Equipments likes
- ANFD’s, Reactors, Air Compressors, Oil Coolers, Heat Exchangers, Centrifuges, DG Sets, Receivers, Dryers and
- Provide day-to-day Procurement services pertaining to RND, Formulations and Injectable units.
