Overview:
The scribe would be responsible for managing US physician’s documentation on the electronic platform. The scribe would listen to the physician patient interaction and is expected to summarize the same in the electronic health record. This summarized note should reflect patient’s problem and physician’s plan around the same.

Job Description:
- Main role of the scribe is to create medicolegally compliant, clinically sound high quality outpatient visit documentation for some of the best US Hospitals across multiple specialties
- Listen and comprehend recorded patient physician interactions, develop an impression about the clinical
condition and document clinical history, examination findings & plan of action
Job Description Version 1.0 - Create highly structured (literally medical text-book style) clinical notes, summarize findings and insights with sections such as history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, assessment
details, treatment plan etc. - Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.(EHR)
- Maintain clinical note quality using documentation norms and physician preferences
- Understand and maintain desired level of clinical knowledge based on assigned specialty
- Review edits made by the provider before approving the clinical note and work collaboratively with training and quality to improve the provider experience
- Share best practices and help create a knowledge repository to capture tacit knowledge
Job Details:
- The opening is for Live Scribing i.e. to document doctor-patient encounters in real time.
- Role requires to work in 9 hrs of Night shift anytime between 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM, from our Office premise
- 5 days a week. Saturday Sunday will be OFF.
- Pick/Drop will be provided depending on your shift timing.
- 4 months of Training. During which you will get a gross salary of INR 2.32 lacs that would give you a net take home of INR 15000/- monthly
- After you successfully complete the Training, you gross salary will be revised to INR 4.80, which will give you a net take home of INR 30000/- monthly
- After 6 months of last revision, the revised CTC will be INR 5.40 lacs, approx take home of INR 34000/-
- During the Training phase there are Qualifier rounds at regular interviews.
- Clearing the Qualifier rounds is mandatory to move you to the next stage.
