A) Job description:-
1. Will lead the journey of Lupin to transform labs to world class labs.
2. Facilitate automation and institutionalization of advanced technologies in labs.
3. Facilitate and lead laboratory and quality improvement initiatives.
4. Create good practices repository w.r.t QC and ensuring harmonization of practices.
5. Capturing and transferring best practices to and from other plants.
6. Lead deployment and sustenance of 5S Program.
7. Ensure robust analytical methodology for new products, legacy Products and troubleshooting.
8. Delivering trainings locally.
B) Relevant work experience – 5 to 8 Years.
