Roles and Responsibilities
Proficiency in silico assessments using QSAR Software e.g. DEREK/Case Ultra for bacterial mutagenicity and expert review for ICH M7 reports.
Conduct Product safety evaluation, Hazard and Risk Assessments of Drug Substances & Products Derive Permitted Daily Exposure (PDE) / Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL) / Margin of Safety (MOS).
Through understanding of pharmacology and non-clinical toxicology ranging from in vitro and in vivo studies (inclusive of acute & chronic toxicity, genotoxicity, mutagenicity/ICH M7 and immunogenicity studies) to support pre-clinical and clinical drug development programs.
Collate literature towards Preparation of Toxicology Safety Assessment / Clinical Reports for regulatory submissions.
Eagerness to contribute for Non-clinical and Clinical study designs, and provide inputs for related documents.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a keen learner and possess aptitude for writing scientific summaries.
