Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the documents required to prospective patients/admitted patients.
- Getting all the forms filled by patients or attendants
- Coordinating with Doctors, Wards for providing information in time.
- Submitting papers to TPA in time and ensuring there is no slackness in such
- Take the patient status for Cash or TPA from customer care dept.
- Updating patients or attendants on their status from TPA
- Credit patient status to IPD Billing
- Liasoning with treating consultant to write diagnosis, mode of management of patient (clinical/surgical) & expected hospital stay.
- Process & ensure requisition of patient/relative after discharge is submitted to hospital e.g LIC, medical reimbursement form.
- To adhere all hospital policy pertaining to post.
- Liase with respective department to ensure smooth processing of all credit patient file.
- Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
