QUALIFICATION: B.PHARMA/ M.PHARMA/PHARM.D
ELIGIBILITY:
- MICC-FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCE (NIGHT SHIFT)
- ICSR–ONLY EXPERIENCE(IMMEDIATE JOINEE – MORNING SHIFT)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- MICC(medical information contact center), Experience: 0-5yrs.
- Freshers will be considered for MICC, Shift timings: 09:00p.m to 06:00a.m (nightshift)
- No nightshift allowances at the moment.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Sound Knowledge on Call Handlings of Medical Information Inquires & Complaint Management.
