Formulation Division
Location: (Baddi-Himachal Pradesh)
1. IPQA (Officer to Executive)
- Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech (Biotech)
- Experience: 2 Years- 6Years
Key Responsibilities:
- To check documents like equipment logbooks, temperature & humidity records, Collect in-process and Finished sample as per Specifications and Protocol.
- Supervision of RM/PM Sampling and dispensing procedure.
Machine Line clearance of Production Area. - Area Line Clearance of Production area
- Checking online tablet weight variation, hardness, friability, thickness & DT Time & check informality of weight.
- Verification of granulation, Compression, Coating, & Packing process & also release for the same.
- Able to fill And Check BMR, Able to Work At PQR, IPQR.
- Able to Give Batch Approval, verify various Documents.
- Able to finalize Quality of Finished goods.
- Supervision of sampling activity for in process and finished samples for analysis.
2. ADL (Analytical Method Development Laboratory)
- Officer to Executive
- Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharm / B.Tech (Biotech)
- Experience: 2 Years- 6Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of raw material, finished products, stability samples, Dissolution profiling etc.,
- Analytical Method Development of Assay, Related substances, Dissolution, Encapsulation, Particle size distribution, limit test etc.
- Operation and Calibration of Various sophisticated analytical instruments.
- Working standard, reference standard, outside party standard and primary standard handling in the department.
- Verification of analytical methods and report preparation.
- To follow departmental sample handling procedure.
- To follow good laboratory practices in the department.
- Any other job assigned by superior or HOD as and when required.
3. QC Chemist
- Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech (Biotech)
- Experience: 1Years- 4Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent understanding of analytical chemistry
- Incumbents may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below
- Effectively perform chemical analysis techniques specifically using HPLC,GC, Karl Fischer, Melting Point, IR and UV-Vis instrumentation
4. Formulations & Research ( Associates)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-5 Years
Key Roles and Responsibility:
- Literature search, planning and execution of development activities independently with periodic update to immediate supervisor.
- Proper documentation in LNBs, report writing & data presentation.
- Assist in technology transfer activities including scale-up protocols and reports.
- Perform routine equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Interact with vendors for ordering the materials and maintain inventory control of laboratory equipment and tools.
