Deputy Manager – Portfolio Management
Role & responsibilities
Should have hands on experience in Pharma /Consulting towards Portfolio management specific to new product idea generation/505b2.
Should have solid understanding of Pharmacology of the molecules, formulations, regulatory and IP aspects of the drug product.
Building & managing overall portfolio
Identify organizations critical business requirements & gaps and potential opportunities,
develop strategies to fill the gaps and provide direction for the long-term growth for the
company

Deputy Manager / Manager – Intellectual Property Rights ( IPR )
Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of Patent Landscape reports for the products identified.
- Literature searching in various patent databases and individual patent offices.
- Preparation of patent clearance reports at different stages of product development
- Preparation of Patent Invalidation or Infringement Analysis
- Prior art searching and preparing of the grounds for Invalidations/oppositions.
- Patentability/Novelty Searches
- Drafting and filing of patent applications in various patent offices
- Patent prosecution and drafting response to Office Actions from carious patent offices.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful development of products.
- Experience in handling databases like Scifinder, Total patents, IPD analytics, Newport etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have hands on experience in all IP related activities in different countries.
