Job description:
Purpose of Job – The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers.
- Cover Retail Outlets in the respective territory
- Achieve assigned monthly Target
- Responsible for New Outlet Opening
- Responsible for New Product Launch
- Manage Distributor in his assigned area
- Achieve POB Target on daily Basis
- Ensure POB execution(secondary)
- Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
- Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
- Responsible for merchandising & store branding
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry
- Female can also apply
- Product understanding
- Negotiation
- Good local geographical Knowledge
- Local Language fluency
- Distributor Management
- Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme
TSO will be in Offrole for 6 months and based on criteria will be progressed as Onrole.
