Job description
Role & responsibilities
- To implement and ensure the compliance of cGLP and cGMP in the laboratory and ensure testing is carried out as per STP.
- To ensure adequate training is imparted to all concerned personnel in GLP.
- To prepare and check all STPs / SOPs / GTP’s Specifications and protocols when required.
4.Management and monitoring reference standard, Impurity standard, working standards and primary standard.
- To review the Analytical reports and all log books used in routine analysis with corresponding entries before release of Raw Material, Packaging Material, In-process, Validation sample Finished Product and Stability Study Raw Data and function as a “QC reviewer”.
- To review the electronic data of chromatographic and non-chromatographic analysis in QC.
- To execute calibration planner & Monitor the calibration of QC Equipment.
- To Analyze the Analytical Results Trend Data.
- To monitor & Implement the Chromatography compliance as per GLP requirement and compliance to Data Integrity at all level.
- To prepare the job responsibility of QA/QC personnel when required.
- To ensure housekeeping and laboratory safety and ensure safety gadgets are used.
- To review the All kind of Qualification Documents pertaining to Laboratory Instrument / Equipment.
- To carry out inspection, investigation, and taking of samples, in order to monitor factors this may affect product quality. This will be done for incase of market complaints, product recall , out of specification, OOT, incident etc.
- To carry out internal audit in cross functional departments
- To participate in external audit i.e. vendor audit, PTL audit and in validation program.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and ALCOA principle.
