Position Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Fill Finish Specialist to join our Biopharma Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling and processing injectables, pre-filled syringes (PFS), vials, cartridges and operating lyophilizers. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and integrity of our biopharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain fill finish equipment, including lyophilizers, filling machines, and sterilization systems.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies during all stages of the fill finish process.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with quality control and validation teams to conduct inspections and ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
