Role & responsibilities
- Handling of Market complaints.
- Change request pending for closure to be reviewed and report compilation, Audit trail review.
- Reviewing analytical data and performing the Investigation of OOS, OOT and Incident.
- SOP Management Initiation, evaluation and co-ordination for review and approval of change requests through Document Management System
- Handing of QMS, compliance, internal audits.
- Review of Analytical documents for completeness, correctness and Data integrity (Compliance ALCOA and ALCOA+ ).
- Handle vendor qualification.
