After getting the schedule from the Vapi site, share the dates with customers.
Giving the comments on dispatch plan every day, Share the dispatch details once the product has moved from the site.
MIS Report once a month
Expect sales report (thrice a month)
Coordinate with the plant for dispatches. (Phone & emails)
Authorization of Vadodara sales order
Preparing the d/n,c/n & sales return in SAP.
