Roles and Responsibilities:
- Well versed in the analytical review which includes review of GLP, OOS, OOT, Column management, Standard handling, pharmacopeia, retention, stability management & review of stability protocol/summary sheet, computer system validation, glassware cleaning validation, calibration & qualification of instruments.
- Review of audit trail.
- Ensure all time laboratory compliance.
- Preparation & review of OOS/OOT trending.
- Review of analytical documents which include worksheet, chromatograms, AMT/AMV.
- Review of supplier investigation report in case of OOS/OOT in RM/PM.
- Review of specification & STP.
