1) Perform BET, TVC of in-process Products (Injectable), Raw material and finish product.
2) Perform microbiological clean room area qualification and periodic validation by settle plate, contact plate and air sampling.
3) Review all microbiological documents and reports of BET, TVC, and EM.
4) Active participant in planning and executing the sampling and distribution activities related to process validation, Hold time, cleaning validation, media fill, periodic validation/qualification activity and completionand submission of error free reports
5) Water Sampling in Formulation Sterile Plant RO Water, Purified Water, Raw Water, Potable Water, In process and Purified Water.
6) Water Analysis of Pathogen Testing
7) MLT Analysis of Finished Product, Raw Material, Bulk Samples, Stability and Validation Samples
8) Should be able to work in shift.
