Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- To develop analytical methods for mAbs bioprocess and testing of USP, DSP, IP, FP and Stability samples.
- Hands-on-experience in handling HPLC, AKTA purifier, Centrifuge, SDS-PAGE, UV-Spectrophotometer.
- Performing of regular analysis of mAbs samples like lon Exchange Chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography, RPC, HIC and Glycan analysis.
- Responsible for efficient trouble shooting of analytical methods and routine analysis.
- To Coordinate cross function viz., Engineering, Warehouse, Validation, USP, DSP, AD and RDQA for all process development related activities.
- Execution of testing of IP, FP, and Stability samples
