Position Overview:-
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our faculty as an Associate/Assistant Professor of Associate / Assistant Professor. In this role, you will contribute to the education and professional development of future Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Pharmacology/Pharmacology/Pharmacognosy /s, while actively engaging in research and scholarly activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in Associate / Assistant Professor practice and possess a strong commitment to academic excellence.
Responsibilities:-
- Teaching and Curriculum Development:-
- Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions on various topics in Associate / Assistant Professor, such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical Associate / Assistant Professor, and Associate / Assistant Professor practice.
- Develop and update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and active learning strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, including guidance on career paths and research opportunities.
- Research and Scholarship:-
- Conduct original research in areas related to Associate / Assistant Professor practice, drug development, pharmaceutical sciences, or other relevant fields.
- Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners, and healthcare professionals on research projects and grants.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Associate / Assistant Professor through continuous professional development.
- Service and Leadership:-
- Participate in departmental, college, and university committees, meetings, and events.

Qualifications:-
- A doctoral degree (Pharm.D., Ph.D., or equivalent) in Associate / Assistant Professor or a related discipline.
- Eligibility for Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Pharmacology/Pharmacology/Pharmacognosy / licensure in the relevant jurisdiction (if applicable).
- Demonstrated teaching ability, preferably with prior experience in higher education.
- Active engagement in scholarly activities, including research and publication record.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more areas of Associate / Assistant Professor practice or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and service.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Board certification or specialization in a Associate / Assistant Professor practice area (e.g., ambulatory care, critical care, oncology, etc.).
- Experience in mentoring and supervising Associate / Assistant Professor students or residents.
- Grant writing and research funding acquisition experience.
- Experience with online or hybrid teaching modalities and learning management systems.
