1. Excellent troubleshooting quality in Windows related issue like login issue, connectivity issue, LAN issue, OS malfunctioning issues, Browser and Proxy, VPN setting, slowness/freeze/BSoD/hanging/restarting and other OS related settings.
2. Excellent hardware knowledge to identify the Desktop, Laptop and Network Printer’s hardware issues.
3. Excellent knowledge in OS and Printer installation and configuration along with all kinds of print settings.
4. Good communication skills in English.
5. Coordination with other team to get jobs done and flexibility to work within various geographical locations.
6. Good knowledge in Windows patches, compliance, IT security and policies, AV and DAT updates, SLA, Global Protect VPN, RDP etc.
7. Advance knowledge of computer hardware systems, Chipset, Memory modules and Peripherals.
8. Ability to solve complex hardware and software issue.
