Job description:

Please note experience in other mortgage functions cannot be substituted for the original requirements.

Experience (Origination/Pre UW):

Processor – 0 to 3 years
Sr Processor – 4 to 6 years

Job description:

Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination
Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.

Week off: 2 days rotational off
Notice Period – Immediate Joiners (Preferable) to 1 Month
Vaccination 2 Dose & Graduation is mandatory with Provisional and Degree certificate is must.
