Role & responsibilities : Meet SVL Doctors as per approved frequency.
Plan the days work on previous day as per the cycle meeting strategies, Utilizeinputsto convert non supporters and generate prescription. Actively participate in joint calls.
Conduct RCPA and record Rx generation. Ensure availability of existing and new products. Initiate process for discount to be provided to Drs and chemists. Ensure timely collection of dues from the stockist (P). Ensure liquidation of near expiry products (P). Stockist management by ensuring sufficient stock as per market demand.
Prepare SVL of right Drs, STP, MTP, MTCPP, as per policy and send for approval toABM.
Prepare list of chemists as per policy. Identify new Drs and recommend incorporating in SVL. Achieve assigned targets and prepare and implement POA to bridge gapif any.
Provide Market Feedback to Managers, Marketing Team (P) Attend induction, CTP Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processesEnsure effective delivery of communication/messages inside the clinicPrepareCampaign customers list as per the strategy
