Job Location: Ahmedabad
Production- OSD
Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO) Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Production: Shift In charge.
Pharm / M. Pharm / B.E /B.Tech. with 3 to 10 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave and Lyophilizer. Exposure ofmachine qualification activity will beadded advantage.
Packing:
Ø Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Packing: Shift In Charge (Packing) B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.E /B.Tech. with 3 to 10 of relevant experience in handling operations of packing line machine i.e. Plunger insertion cum labeling, vial labeling, Blister, Catenator, Track & Trace. Should have knowledge of challenge test and rejection handling.
Packing: Operator (Packing) D. Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operations and trouble shooting packing line machine i.e. Plunger insertion cum labeling, vial labeling, Blister, Catenator, Track & Trace. Should have knowledge of challenge test and rejection handling.
Engineering: Executive/Sr. Executive : Process Equipment(Electrical/Instrumentation), BMS Engineer(Instrumentation)
Ø Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: Diploma / ITI with 3- 12 years of experience in plant maintenance, fitter, electrician, instrument mechanic, engineering stores and HVAC validation / chiller / BMS Operator. Candidates should have experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown in maintenance of OSD plant equipment, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems and instrument and calibration of OSD plant equipment. They should have knowledge and experience in instruments – sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA, and experience in calibration activities.
Engineering: Process Maintenance – Engineer:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma with 4 to 8 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, AHUs, Water System & handling of breakdown, Process maintenance, Instrumentation and calibration of Process equipment for Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
Engineering: Process Maintenance – Operator:
Diploma/ITI with 1 to 6 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, AHUs, Water System & handling of breakdown, Process maintenance, Instrumentation and calibration of Process equipment for Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
Warehouse:
Ø Officer / Sr. Executive: Officer / Executive – Dispensing : B.Sc. with 3 – 7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Experience in handling physical stock verification & QMS documentation. Experience in SAP is preferable.
Ø Technical Assistant / Operator : B.Sc with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Officer to Assistant Manager:B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 3-8 years of experience in IPQA and manufacturing / packing QMS related activities in oral solid dosage form (tablets / capsules / soft gelatin capsules / pellet Dosage form) manufacturing facilities.
Executive/ Sr. Executive: (IPQA/Qualification/QMS)B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ M.Sc. with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA / Qualification or QMS related activities in Injectable Manufacturing Plant
For all the positions, candidate having exposure in pharmaceutical company, regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will be added advantage.
